Every parent looks forward to summer. They might look forward with joy and happiness or with a bit of fear or anxiety, or possibly a combination of both. However, summer is a fabulous time of year, and should be for both parents and their children. There are camps that are just held over a weekend, some that last only a week or two all the way up to the eight week camps that cover almost the entire summer. For children with more refined tastes there are camps that focus on the performing arts or music. Other camps are more educational such as science camps, computer tech camps etc.
